In a groundbreaking partnership, Tafweela, an Egyptian startup focused on simplifying vehicle payments, has become the inaugural venture in T-Vencubator’s portfolio. This collaboration marks a significant step in streamlining Egypt’s mobility ecosystem, combining capital investment with mentorship and operational support.
Launched in 2023 by Marwan El Shayeb, Tafweela provides an end-to-end vehicle payment gateway designed to enhance fleet management for enterprises. From fuel payments to roadside assistance, the platform offers a seamless solution that integrates data-driven insights to boost efficiency.
While Tafweela currently caters to B2B operations, it has ambitious plans to expand into the B2C sector. According to its founder, this move will transform individual vehicle ownership experiences across Egypt.

A Perfect Partnership
T-Vencubator, a unique programme merging venture capital and incubation, aims to identify and nurture high-impact startups. With Tafweela now under its wing, the incubator is committed to accelerating its growth through personalised support.
“Joining T-Vencubator’s venture-building portfolio is a game-changer for Tafweela,” said El Shayeb. “Their expertise and resources will help us redefine the vehicle payments industry while creating a scalable solution for businesses across Egypt.”
This sentiment was echoed by Reem Safy, CEO and founder of T-Vencubator, who described Tafweela as a perfect example of the incubator’s mission to foster innovative ideas. “We are thrilled to support Marwan in building a high-impact business that meets a critical market need.”
Shaping the Future of Mobility
The partnership between Tafweela and T-Vencubator signals a shift in how startups in Egypt approach growth. With more investments expected from T-Vencubator this year, Tafweela’s journey could inspire a wave of disruptive tech in Egypt’s mobility sector.
