e& Egypt has launched Instant Transfers using e& Cash Wallet. This new service lets people in Egypt instantly receive money from the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The service works through the e& Cash digital wallet, so users don’t need to go to a bank or use any middlemen. This move is changing how Egyptians receive money from abroad.

With this launch, e& Egypt becomes the first company in the e& Group to offer instant international money transfers. The goal is to make sending and receiving money easier, faster, and more secure. This also supports the Central Bank of Egypt’s push to get more people using digital banking instead of cash.

e& Cash Wallet; A Big Win for Financial Inclusion

e& Egypt developed this service with Banque du Caire, its banking partner. The new feature makes it much easier for people—especially those who rely on money from family working abroad—to access funds right away with just one tap on their phones.

Ahmed Yehia, CEO of e& Financial Technology and Digital Applications, said this new service shows how serious the company is about helping people manage money digitally. “We want to give our users tools that are fast, safe, and easy to use,” he said. “This is not just about sending money quickly—it’s about building trust and helping people feel secure.”

Prizes and Future Plans

The instant money transfer feature is already live for all e& Cash wallet users in Egypt. As part of the launch, users can also win prizes of up to EGP 1 million. The company also plans to expand the service so people in more countries can send money to Egypt.

With this launch, e& Egypt is making it easier for families to stay connected and share support through technology. The company is turning smartphones into powerful tools for banking and bringing more people into the digital economy.
