TeKnowledge has officially unveiled its AI-First Expert Services model in Nigeria alongside a striking new brand identity, marking a bold step in its mission to accelerate digital transformation across Africa.
The announcement was made at the TeKnowledge Nigeria CxO Summit 2025, held at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos. The event brought together key figures from Nigeria’s public and private sectors to mark the company’s seven years of local operations and share its renewed strategy for growth.
Now TeKnowledge’s largest hub globally, Nigeria is home to more than 2,000 of the company’s experts and serves as a delivery base to over 90 countries. From this vantage point, the firm plays a critical role in shaping Africa’s digital evolution by forming strategic partnerships and building resilient digital ecosystems across sectors.
AI Skills, Cybersecurity, and Local Impact
In collaboration with Microsoft, TeKnowledge has trained over 7,000 Nigerians in artificial intelligence, including more than 1,000 women through targeted digital skilling initiatives. The company already supports over 40 Nigerian enterprises with services spanning managed operations, digital transformation, and capacity-building.
Cybersecurity remains a cornerstone of its offering. TeKnowledge runs its Security Operations Centre out of Nigeria, delivering proactive defence systems powered by AI. These solutions detect threats, anticipate breaches, and respond in real time—giving clients the freedom to focus on their core missions. According to the company, this model not only boosts customer trust but also strengthens long-term business outcomes.
“This is an exciting milestone—one that reflects how far TeKnowledge has come and the future we’re building together with our ecosystem,” said Olugbolahan Olusanya, Africa Territory Director, TeKnowledge. “Our new brand and AI-First Expert Technology Services model are grounded in what has always mattered most: people, trust, and progress.”
The summit also celebrated Nigeria’s continued leadership in innovation—from its industrial achievements and creative economy to its push for practical AI adoption.
“Nigeria has always been a nation of transformation,” added Nidal Abou-Ltaif, Chief Revenue and Transformation Officer at TeKnowledge. “From the ancient trade networks of Kano to the fintech revolution and Nollywood’s global rise, progress here has always been driven by purpose.”
