In Nigeria’s crowded EdTech space, Credufy is stepping forward with a new tool that promises to reshape exam preparation for millions of students. The startup has unveiled a WAEC practice module powered by AI for WAEC, and it gives learners instant feedback, personalised insights, and mock tests that mirror real exam conditions.

The company said the feature is built to help students study smarter. It offers real-time scoring, performance analytics, and study recommendations that adjust as learners improve. Since the same engine also supports NECO, JAMB, and interview simulations, Credufy wants the platform to serve everyone from secondary school candidates to job seekers.

A New Push for Smarter Learning

Although digital learning tools are rising worldwide, Credufy believes Nigeria needs solutions designed around local challenges. The new WAEC module is only the first phase of a wider rollout meant to support students preparing for both national and global exams. The company explained that it wants to keep learning accessible, especially as more students turn to technology for structured help.

Alongside the WAEC launch, Credufy has introduced a Collaborator Feature that lets schools, educators, and community groups run offline exams and manage question banks. The dashboard also helps teachers track performance even in areas with poor connectivity. Because of this feature, the company said it is strengthening its push to make AI for WAEC effective for all communities, not only urban users.

Recently, Credufy signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Centre for Technology Management (NACETEM) under the Federal Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology. The partnership focuses on improving AI adoption across the country’s education system.

During the announcement, founder and CEO Aliyu Garba said “Our goal is to make quality exam preparation accessible to every student in Nigeria through technology.” He added that the platform helps students learn with “data, feedback, and precision.” The WAEC portal, he noted, now allows learners to practise exam-style questions directly from their phones or computers.

Beyond WAEC Preparation

Although the WAEC feature is live, more tools are on the way. Credufy confirmed that NECO and JAMB portals will soon join the lineup. Because millions prepare for these exams yearly, the startup expects wider adoption once additional modules launch.

However, Credufy is not limiting its innovation to students. The platform also offers AI-driven interview simulations, aptitude tests, and verbal reasoning challenges for job seekers. These tools are crafted to ease the pressure of real assessments by allowing candidates to learn through practice.

The company describes the platform as a complete learning ecosystem, built to support education and career development. Users can sign up on its website, explore the practice modules, monitor their progress, and rely on AI for WAEC to guide their study paths.

For now, the WAEC practice portal is available on www.credufy.com, while other exam modules and job-preparation tools are scheduled to go live soon.
